We recently had a client bring us a Ford Transit 4x4 diesel extended van for some interior upgrades. The van was already looking good outside and even had an adventurewagon kit, an upgraded floor and a bunch of exterior work completed on it.

We started with some initial design layouts. We added a shower, aluminum galley module and water module to our model for review.

After the shower module was finished and we had a galley base fabricated the clients visited for some feedback before we moved on with the next step in the galley. Great ideas surfaced for raising the fridge up!

Having a really nice welding table with precision spacing lets us flip a module any way we want and pin it down to a perfectly flat surface for welding. Not only is the welding important but you need to let the metal cool in a pinned position so that you do not get any warping. Well worth doing it right because it will help the end result be something we are proud of. Our Vast Overland Brand!!

We prep for the next client walkthrough by reinstalling the big galley module. Big but light weight is key!!

After the clients saw the galley they decided it may be best to put the fridge a bit higher and we could gain another drawer under the fridge. Kobi puts it back on the welding table and we start to modify it.
